A bit about Mark
Mark Depalma is a native Californian. He started his successful restaurant and catering career when he was just 22 years old in Hollywood. In the past 36 years he’s owned 3 restaurants: Mark’s in Hollywood, Mark’s in Laguna Beach and Remark’s in Laguna Beach as well as The Original Mark’s Catering. More recently he began Mark’s Desserts and Catering which, in addition to catering, specializes in wholesale desserts.
Marks favorite part of creating delicious entrees and desserts is the reaction of the guests eating his foods and talking about it in days and even years to come! He’s a master at creating an overall wonderful experience at any event. The hospitality guests receive from Mark is truly unmatched. Expect a friendly, generous reception of all your guest from Mark himself when hosting an event. From the foods, to the set-up of the event, his dedication to detail is spot on and impressive.

Who do we serve?
Over the last three decades, we have provided consistently delicious desserts and catered meals for private engagements as well as major large public events. We bake wholesale desserts for restaurants and stores. We also make single-packaged granola and bakery items for fund-raisers. Our customers are mainly in Orange, Los Angeles, Riverside, and San Diego Counties.
